Not working out is not the best option. Work on thoracic extension, hammer rows until you sick of them, work on rotator cuff strength. For pressing, only perform bottoms up kettlebell carries, progressing to pushups and landmine presses after a month of hammering the fuck outta rows and cuff strength.
That is my issue/ delimmaClassy Killer 3 points submitted 10 months agoI just came back from a 6 week holiday where I didn’t have the chance to train. Any advice on how to get back into it and whether I have a chance of working back up to my max bench in 4 weeks?I did a session on Friday working up to 5×3 at 65% on squats and bench as well as a single 80% to test the waters on bench (probably not smart to ego lift first session back) and have just done the same with deadlifts today at 60%. Tried to bench today and I’m still extremely tight from Friday so I only worked at 60%.Any advice or reading material for returning to training safely and efficiently? So I three weeks away from having to actually do the cut I have been meaning to do for the past year and it going to be a big one 15KG needs to go at least.

I rather have another machine but you live and you learn.. Week 8Quarterback, Matthew Stafford, and the Detroit Lions pull out a win. Stafford had a great game completing 34 of 49 for 352 yards. The Lions beat the favored Seahawks, 28 24.

‘It says here that you have had 1 normal pregnancy with a full term vaginal delivery’ “Oh yeah I guess my last pregnancy I did get delivered at 27 weeks for my triplets by classical section when my blood pressure was in the 200s”. Slight exaggeration but it happens to everyone. It’s frustrating at first but don’t let it bother you.
